As a young man of about 21 Rick entered a local recording studio in the early 70's (Thee Studio, Claremont, California) as a guitarist and emerged a short year later as a budding recording engineer. Infected with the bug he quickly began collecting recording gear and setting up a home studio. In Cucamonga California he converted his garage into a control room/studio and for 10 years got very serious about his 3rd love. Now residing in Prescott, Arizona Rick has a cozy 40 channel all digital studio in his basement for capturing his musical ideas. Comprised of a 12' x 12' Control room and a 12' x 15' studio many fun recordings have been produced there.
